50+ schools
Reported in May 2023: CARDO has worked with more than 50 schools since 2014 and supports more than 1,000 primary school children each year.
150+ people fed
In June 2022 CARDO fed more than 150 homeless people around Cotton Tree, Freetown.
10 partner communities
The Youth in Agriculture for Education programme works with ten partner communities across two chiefdoms.
18 years without water, ended
Kasimberia community now has a solar-powered tap water system after more than 18 years without safe water.
Light for Makorombo
Solar electricity has been installed in Makorombo community.
A school for Sokoya
CARDO built a community school in Sokoya village. It had enrolled more than 150 children in October 2017.
